By Brody Levesque (Washington DC) AUG 20 | It never ceases to amaze me when considering what the rest of the world regards as a normal functioning part of being human beings, you know--sexuality, how uptight, prudish, and outright immature a majority of Americans are on the subject.
Here's today's case in point:
At a recent concert, a grateful fan handed up a rather large stuffed bear to Australian singing sensation & pop star Kylie Minogue. A picture was taken and Ms. Minogue posted the picture of her holding said bear in her arms displaying it to the audience on Facebook which immediately removed it.
Oh, and the explanation to Ms Minogue? According to a spokesperson from Facebook, "We do not allow photos that contain nudity, drug use or violence." And also apparently not pictures with microphones allegedly doubling as phallus symbols either. Here's the picture:
Look at this tree. I cannot make it blossom when it suits me nor make it bear fruit before its time [...] No matter what you do, that seed will grow to be a peach tree. You may wish for an apple or an orange, but you will get a peach.

hehehehehe... This really is too funny for words... I must say that at first I thought she was holding the bear's "Widget" but it was just because of my screen placement and once I scrolled down it was clear as day...
Apparently facebook doesn't have a sense of humour anymore either...

If I was her soundman I would have really been pissed if she had dropped the microphone just to hold that bear. Some people just need to grow up, and obviously they haven't. :-/
