Thank you, Des. There is always something so broadly appealing in these kinds of talent shows, no matter which country is on display.
Amidst the rankle and bluster over wasted youth it is refreshing to see so many handsome lads achieve their moment of glory. And we have seen so many posted here to be appreciated.
Perhaps it is not just the view of their talent, but a glimpse of the supportive parents standing in the wings. None of these children, nervous or not, could stride across that stage and stand in front of an audience without a solid commitment and love from their parents.
Watching these singular moments of success shows me how willing these lads are to face the critics, give us their best and await judgement. Those qualities will hold them in good stead for the rest of their lives. What we are privledged to see is only the beginning, and for that we are well rewarded.
Hats off to them all for their talent and courage. A fine example to the rest of their generation...which always seems to need such careful guidance.
Age appears to be best in four things; old wood best to burn, old wine to drink, old friends to trust, and old authors to read. (Sir Francis Bacon 1561-1626)

Hate to admit it, but Australia really has got talent, especially young Jack. Amazing!
Watch him singing 'You're the Voice' - either he's channeling John Farnham or his father is not who he thinks he is!
Loved the kiss too - big ups to Brian.
cheers
Commas matter - 'Party on Dudes' is not the same as 'Party on, Dudes'
