Teens having sex? When did this start? It must end! No one should ever have sex unless they've reached the age of retirement and are currently married, and then only with their 65+ spouse.
Seriously, though, what I got up to after turning 12 in the late 70s would give most of these 'experts' an aneurysm. It's nothing new. The method and technology may have changed, offering more opportunities for display/exhibition, but the end result hasn't.

Frankly, we think such laws are silly. They do young people more harm than good. How can you possibly ask questions on a gay forum without coming out to your parents if you need consent?
