As Be My Boyfriend comes to a close for entries tomorrow, I have found a new challenge picture, Socks!

http://iomfats.org/storyshelf/contests/2020-socks/images/socks.png

Socks is in Preview. There is no point in trying to correct my grammar to Socks is in Preview

Should there be a prize for those who can work out where the picture comes from? Many of you will know already. Maybe reply with  cryptic clues rather than naming it outright?

Perhaps a childhood ode may help:

In days of old when knight were bold
And johnnies weren't invented,
They wrapped a sock around their cock
and had to be contented.

Seems to be the reverse of "Put a sock in it!"

Also appears that one dons a sock prior to insertion of the besocked cock into a damsel

As we know the socks are on the move

the picture comes from what I consider to be a famous movie scene.... I have another I may use in the future

In days of olde
When knights were bolde
And condoms were not yet invented
They tyed a sock
Around thy cock
So babies were prevented
