Am I alone in finding this insight into the teenage mind fascinating?

The writing is eccentric at times because English is not the author's native tongue, but that adds to its lilting charm. I can put myself firmly in our hesitant hero's shoes, too. I'd like to have read this when I was 13.

And that, precisely that, is why I started this site

I loved this story! Adam's mind worked exactly the same as mine did at that age. I even had a similar experience except for the really "fun" parts. Long story involving "helicopter parents" who put a stop to it. Sad
But I digress... I was a bit disappointed with the ending though. It did leave an opportunity for a sequel, and I hope the author takes advantage of it. Smile
