Hey everyone. Just went to Babington this evening. Was great. Turned up, and a REEEEAAAAALLY fit guy just got out of a black Porsche Boxster (S), and he looked at me as we were parking. Then in the bar, he turned up about 10 mins later. He was soo amazingly good looking. Imagine a professional footballer, although he looked about 24 maximum. Throughout the evening he kept looking and me (and I him), and he came over to us, and asked to have a cigarette, and thus I gave him one, and he said something along the lines of "Thanks so much, you are an absolute star". I then suddenly had the mentality of a giddy school girl. I was such an fool. ANYWAY, annoyance, because I couldn't really chat to him, because I was with my friends, and am "Straight" with everyone... so not really the done thing to start flirting with a hugely handsome guy at the bar. But it really chirped me up this evening.
Oh, and I am probably seeing Pip this weekend, 'cus I am going to a party in his village (what luck!), and I said I'd pop in.
So far I am *barely* surviving being home alone. I tell you what, a big house like this is SO mission impossible to keep clean & tidy. It's a bloody nightmare. And my dog is annoying me SO SO SOOO much.. He follows me everywhere. And is, at this moment, asleep on my bed. AHHHHH!!!!! I so want him to piss off. AND I have to feed him, and the cat in the morning, AND I have to sodding walk him twice a bloody day! ANd then I have to wash the dishes (with a dishwasher, which is still a nightmare), and tidy everything, because I keep making messes everywhere... I don't know what to do.
Oh well, family return on Sunday, and I really need to get the place spotless when they return!!! Bugger.
See you all later.
Dan.

You could have gotten a phone number at least.
But then I probably would have done the same, protecting myself and missing an opportunity.

I would like that to happen to me. *sigh*.
Sounds like you had a good time, though...
and my mum and gran were supposed to be out all day today in bakewell to see the daffodils (they're exceptionally sad) and this morning they changed their minds, so that means I'm not going to get any work done at all with them under my feet!!! grr
You don't know how lucky you are to be minus family for a week...

I think that you did the right thing by not jumping into his arms with your str8 friends there. However, if you are bored some night and have nothing to do, why not trying going back there? I know it is a long shot, but who knows .... If that is what you want, anyway. You also have to be ready to accept the concequences of your actions. A roll in the hay with a guy in a fast car may not compare to a strong relationship with a cute guy like Pip. I guess there is no need to fret over it too much because you may never see him again (the Porsche guy that is).
Anyway, keep up posted on how it is going with Pip. You may wish to consider telling him the story about the Porsche guy and see is reaction? Tell him how you liked the car...
As for the dog, BE NICE! He is only a dog.
Cheers,
Darren

I've missed a few days here and there here, as you may know, as I was being sick (physically, for a change...hehe).
So what happened during the Easter weekend with Pip that you were anticipating so much??
And unless you're committed to pursuing Pip, I would have slipped the porche guy my phone number for sure. Just cuz he drives a fast car doesn't mean you can't have a relationship going at your own speed. You don't know how "out" he is to his crowd either.
Good luck either way!!
