......I reciently recall a story on your web site that I took offense to and you didnt seem to worry about it at the time.

Or is it just that because it is your web site and on it you can do no wrong? Who you hurt with your holier than thou posturing seems to be fair game, why not an innocent lurker?

Hurt happens, guilty feelings are appropriate only if the actions and circumstances warrant them.

Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...

It really is the holier than thou part of it. didn't seem a constuctive argument just a cheap shot. I always like a good debate. But we should keep it a few more notches above name calling. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying what you said WAS name calling. Just could've phrased it a bit less harsh.
Friends?

At the end of the day guys this is Tim's board, he is the one who looks after it like a child so therefor he should be able to say what he likes, within reason. I don't ever remember him having a go at anyone that didn't deserve it. It is still more civilised than some of the others out there.

Hugs.

So what you are saying is that it is all right if Tim hurts someone because it is his board/web site?

By (within reason), Who determines what is reasonable?

And neither have I ever (had a go) at anyone that never deserved it.

Civility is a matter of perspective. Just like the tree that falls in the deep woods and might have made a sound or perhaps not.... Civility is relative to the participants.

Not that at all. Hurting someone or rash replies are wrong. Of course. Pride and other things may have kept people from reconcilliation on this issue. I wish that was not the case. To stay angry at Tim or he at them would do none of us any good. Cooler heads I hope will prevail. in the meantime, blame, judgment, or distancing ourselves will do us no good (unless the party refuses to have an open, honest and civil discussion about it) Do not judge Tim, and He not you.
Please, this is such a place for hope and learning. If we work at it a bit, it will stay that way.

Tim is and will continue to be one of the closest friends I ever or will have. I never play at judge, I simply asked a question.
