Sometimes it is very hard for a person to go against the wishes of parents or even the church. Don't think of it as any type of rejection...
From your account, I could feel the love between you both. Treasure those few touches, the sweet secret kisses and hold their memories in that special place in your heart.
Be happy....
Marc
Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...

I recognise the feelings. I have been there, as you know from our emails.
I have achieved closure on mine. It takes time, and effort, and the willingness to be hurt more before it gets better.
I'm glad you posted the link here. Stay and become our friend, not just my friend.

Thanks dear Marc
you words made me cry, but then again these days I cry easily.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

No, not just like, because it is always the true ones that stands out the most.
I cannot say anything else about your life story except that it was beautifully written, and very touching.
I thank you for sharing it with me!

Benvenuto, Ruggero
I read your story. What can I say? If I could, I would hug you and try to take away just a little of the pain, the yearning for what could have been, for what might have been.
Stay with us. We need you and you need us. Troubles shared are troubles halved.

As you can already see, you are among friends here. Your story is beautiful and sad - thank you for sharing a bit of yourself with us - I hope we can help dull your pain a bit.
