Yesterday some of the guys caught me in the hall and started pushing me around and calling me names and stuff! They didnt really hurt me but it did all the same! I try and avoid trouble but it is hard to get to classes and not be seen.

it is good to be able to say what is bothering me here. it helps alot.
I'm glad you want to talk to us. We're here for you.  [message #5860 is a reply to message #5859] Tue, 12 November 2002 12:53 Go to previous messageGo to next message

Corridors were dangerous for me when I was still in school. There were ALWAYS people around who knew who I was even if I didn't know who they were, and they were quite ready and eager to make my life miserable.

I didn't have a place such as this to tell of the things that bothered me, the internet wasn't anywhere near what it is today way back then. USE US! As much as you have to.

And PLEASE. Talk to people around you! Talk to teachers in your school! Even if you don't have the strength to put down your foot and yell STOP! to those disgusting bullies, talk to a grownup who can do it for you.

You deserve to feel good. Feel good every day...! Help yourself by talking to someone in power at your school. Make them understand. Even if talking hurts, it will hurt less in the long run if you put the squeeze to your tormentors instead.

HUGS! We'll always be here for you, friend!

Hey Drew, first post to you I think. Dont let them get ya down mate, I have been through that, except they used to call me moron and mad cause they knew I had tried to suicide.

Tell them The Roo mafia will get them or, dress Goth Style.. that will scare em. Smile

I am not tyring to make light of your problems mate but a lil smile and Laughter can make the day seem so much brighter. They need that sort of thing to validate their existence, tell them you are not interested and that you would like to just have 5 mins peace at school so you can be like them and get your schoolwork done. May not work but it will sure make em think. Smile

Hi there Drew ...

I know what you are going through and I thought this might help you to understand a little better about why bullies act the way they do ... I know it not the answer to all of your problems ..
But I thought it might help you some ...

But also remember to be careful ..and take care of yourself ..
