For those who remember.
Haggai has improved greatly. He has regained sensation in his legs (and some sensation in his arms). He can now speak and eat normally. He is up in an archair for most of the day and is forcing himself to walk with a walker.
He will be happy when he can hold things with his fingers - he is dying to get his hands on his laptop!
He reckons he will be out of hospital within two months. The doctors are telling him to cool it: he may be there till next June!
He has been in hospital since June 2002.
Please keep him in your minds and hearts, I am sure it will help speed his recovery.

I am so glad he is improving, even if he is not fully recovered yet. He is in my thoughts, I wish him well.

May the One Who blessed our ancestors be present to those who provide help for the ill and troubled among us. May they be filled with the fortitude and courage, endowed with sympathy and compassion, as they give strength to those at their side. May they fight against despair, and continue to find within themselves the will to reach out to those in need. And in their love of others, may they know the blessing of community, and the blessing of renewed faith.

I am glad Steve that he is getting better.. tell him shalom from me in OZ. Smile
