Ever loving, always true;
tender are my thoughts of you.
There beside me every morning;
like the dew as day is dawning.
Draw the curtains open wide;
pushing shadows of the night, aside.
no more doubts about myself;
no longer left upon the shelf.
Now you're here.

Let the glow of Summer through;
hail the big wide skies of blue.
And as I turn to look at you;
I thank the heavens for my view.
Opening your eyes of familiar hue;
slightly hazel, slightly blue.
Arms outstretched, and with gaping yawn;
you wake to meet another dawn.
Now you're here.

Another day to spend together;
no longer alone, we accept the tether.
That look, that look I love so much;
Oh- I've longed to see so much.
What a day to be alive;
Like Vuaghan Williams' Number Five'.
Starting out so sleepily;
endiing climax, joyfully.

And so we rise and go for breakfast;
smells of eggs and bacon fill the nest.
Golden Shred upon your toast;
just how you like it most.
Our gazes lock across the table;
the love will last, while we're still able.
Whatever fun we have today;
we'll have together; there's no other way.
Now you're here.

We leave the car and walk a while;
hand in hand, we face, and smile.
The dog, bouncing round and round;
the Summer birdsong the only other sound.
Oh I've dreamed and dreamed of this;
stolen Summer days of bliss.
But now you're with me here today;
blowing all my cares and fears away.
Now you're here.

Nobody else invited here today.
no other tickets printed, nil to pay.
just the wolf and two of us;
no-one else allowed upon the bus.
A mystery tour for us two lovers;
no passengers allowed, no others.
A one act play with just two actors;
no audience required, no cat-calls, or detractors.

The lonely Lark high overhead;
providing Cabaret, as we break bread.
Sharing wine and picnics, thus;
without another soul around us.
And so the skies change from blue to red;
we cuddle up, with thoughts of bed.
An evening breeze, provides a chill;
more days ahead? I'm sure we will.
Now you're here.

Thanks mate.

That is one of the parts that refers to an actual moment for me recently Ho Ho.
Other moments do also, and it was certainly inspired, though not a record of a recent visit I had.

It did drain me a fair bit writing this one.

Jack.
