Don't you just HATE that expression? Heh heh. Well, "old goat" or not, I did mean to browse a bit and see if I had missed the welcome wagon but never got there on my previous recent visits, so, finally, WELCOME BILLY!!!

Frankly, we think such laws are silly. They do young people more harm than good. How can you possibly ask questions on a gay forum without coming out to your parents if you need consent?
