I was surfing thru the web and came accross this Website I am hoping that it is a satire but I can't find any disclaimer or anything like that.

I thought perhaps you might be able to find more info about it.

Frankly, we think such laws are silly. They do young people more harm than good. How can you possibly ask questions on a gay forum without coming out to your parents if you need consent?
