Although I use keyboards pretty well all day and every day, I have never aspired to anything more than an acceptable level of incompetence. All the clever stuff scares the hell out of me!

But now my home PC has been invaded by a porn site. Now I know what you're thinking, but you're wrong. It's full of GIRLS. Now why would I have gone looking for a site like that?

It has set itself as my homepage, and it brings with it an entourage of six or seven similar sites, which appear in succession if I try to close the page. I can re-set to my normal homepage (via file-tools-options, etc), but as soon as I close down the porn site reverses the re-set and re-appears on start-up. What do I do? Is there no hope? Is this the end of civilisation as I know it? I can't stand the thought of ploughing through this forest of female appurtenances every time I go on line.

And if I do find a solution, how do I stop it from happening again? I'm desperate. I'll do anything ... well, almost anything ... if only a handsome white knight will charge to my rescue. My life is in your hands!
