Okay I was GOING to try to figure out what Elmo says when you tickle him and post that, "from" Elmo. But, I found the following with Google and they're more entertaining than my little joke would've been:

Frankly, we think such laws are silly. They do young people more harm than good. How can you possibly ask questions on a gay forum without coming out to your parents if you need consent?
