v3space clearly states that it had limited restrictions on users content, and upon reading their terms I see no reason why they could shut your site down. They offer 100 megs, and direct ftp access.

I know many of you don't know me, so let me introduce myself. I am cemokemo, I hang out at the shack mostly. I am 18, bi, and I write too (what a suprise!) My site is here and I encourage you to surf over there and see what I have written.

Anyway, just thought you might want to check v3space out. The only thing thing is that if there is material that might be offensive to the web community at large, you would have to put a enter/exit thing up. Also you might want to email them, explain that someone is after you, and then ask them to check your content.
