how is everyone feeling?
(hmmmm... it seems I became the board's regular irregular )
The most amazing thing happened to me the other day. I was walking in a park in the late morning/early afternon, just thinking to myself (who else can you think to?), and I sat down on the grass for a moment. I heard the water from nearby fountain and felt the wind blow around me, so I closed my eyes and just soaked in the sun for a little while. I tuned out for close to ten minutes (as I noticed afterwards) and when I opened my eyes everything seemed better, more colorfull, just happier. I got up and walked around with a goofy smile for the rest of the day.
It really is the simple things that make you happy !!!
Try it out whenever you are feeling a bit down, hey, it can't hurt right!?!
