Tim asked me to post this progress report about haggai El'ad. His situation is unchanged except for one very important development. he is now off the respirator and breathing by himself for one hour every day.

Frankly, we think such laws are silly. They do young people more harm than good. How can you possibly ask questions on a gay forum without coming out to your parents if you need consent?
