A friend of mine, whom none of you know, gave me th enews of his sister's death earlier this morning, in a hospice, from cancer. Ironic in her life that she was a cancer specialist physician. Yet irony follows us all.

I prayed last night for a contented end for her. And contentment for her loved ones and those whom she loved. A similar silent thought for "timmy's friend Al's sister", would be valued, though he will never see it, nor hear of it. She is RC, he is Greek Orthodox. Somehow that is irrelevant and relevant at the same time.
