(long sigh) and just when I though It will never happen again.
I saw him in a restaurant where he works as a waiter. At first he was just a nice face that I pointed out to my friends some agreeing and some not. Then I noticed him looking at me; ALL the time we were there he was looking and sometimes staring even. One such stare took almost a minute and I felt very shy. My friends noticed too that he was fussing around our table, looking at the table searching for anything missing in a way that was more than needed. I tried to return the looks as best I could. Needless to say I spent the past 5 days going there every night. Normally when you sit down at a table, whoever’s free of the waiters will come and be your man of the night so to speak (he will be responsible for your orders and whims that night). When we went there the second time I told the waiter who approached us that we will take some time before ordering and I called my angel at the first opportunity and he became our waiter that night. I was almost broken hearted cos the looks he was giving me evaporated. Some of my friends argued that it was a VERY busy night in the restaurant and he was VERY busy which was true. Anyway the next day the looks resumed. One of my friends told me to ask him when do they close and ask where he lived and offer to give him a ride home. Excellent idea. And I was encouraged cos earlier in the night he surprised me with a lighter when I put a cigarette to my mouth and I was clearly holding my lighter in my hand. I never got a chance though cos when I was giving him the money he just took it and flew away!
To make a long story short (too late), I need ideas! Should I tell him that I want to get to know him outright? What should I do? Is there a way to make sure of his feelings?

Frankly, we think such laws are silly. They do young people more harm than good. How can you possibly ask questions on a gay forum without coming out to your parents if you need consent?
