Hehe, hey Dan, glad you had a great time. I'm assuming you were in New York around the time of the big snowstorm we had on the east coast...probably not the best time to visit, but fun nonetheless, I hope! Smile

Biggest storm in 7 years, they said. We, here in Pennsylvania, got hit with about 8 to 12 inches (of snow, of course! Very Happy), so needless to say we did some serious digging out. Well, at least Dan's back in England now and away from the coast here when it was a warm and sticky 23F as the high temperature today. (For you Celcius fanatics, let's just say that's a lot lower than zero!)

Skiing, now? Boy, do I envy you. Where are you headed for shushing the slopes? Do they have ski resorts in England? I think Dad's trying to schedule a ski weekend at the end of the month...I'm looking forward to it! Smile

Glad ya had fun, Dan! New York's totally awesome. I've been in the city dozens of times. Trying to arrange a trip with my friends and a few cousins, actually! We'll see how that goes.

Catch ya later.

I just wrote the LONGEST reply, and ended with CTRL+W which subsequently closed my browser window. I almost cried.

New York was excellent. Stayed at the Hilton - had a penthouse suite, which was lushness in itself. Plasma screen TVs! Woo!! Went out, bought stuff (snow-bo kit, etc), ate (Mercer Hotel Kitchen - lush), and spent way too much money. Trip & hotel was present for moi 21st from best friend - how kind.

Snowboard in France, as cousin has chalet out there, 5 families are coming with us, big chalet, one big piss-up, etc.

Anyway, must dash tis almost midnight, will turn into pumpkin soon.

Speak later my little gerbils.

PS, the Cipriani on 65th floor of Rockefeller Centre is a must. Though $170 for bottle of Veuve Clicquot est très cher!!!

See ya.

Dan.
