... you'll hopefully find us all willing to listen to you, and share our experiences should you ask that of us; and thanks should once more be extended to our young Ambassador, smith®, for having had the good sense to lead you here.
With best wishes,
I remain

One interesting thing about this place is we ALL have something to contribute. We all have different experiences and there are a wide variety of opinions and ideas amongst us as well.
I hope you'll feel welcome and take the opportunity to "anonymously" share your feelings, opinions, problems and questions so we can all learn and get to know each other better. There are some great "real life" friendships that have come from this and other message boards. Other times there are folks who for whatever reason can really be themselves here more than anywhere in their current r/l situation.
At the risk of sounding condescending, this is somewhat like class is supposed to be in that "there are no stupid questions" and if you ask a question, there are probably others reading who have been wanting to ask that same question. We sometimes have great conversations that started with a simple question or comment.
Also, if you haven't already checked out the rest of timmy's iomfats site, in addition to some wonderful fiction (keep a towel handy, and sometimes tissues, too!) and poetry, mostly written by the participants here, there are wonderful links to health and sexuality resources. I certainly learned a few things by following some of those links.

This is an odd place. Mostly it is peaceful. Sometimes, like when there are internationaltensions, things spill out that would be better kept inside. Otherwise it's fine.
The good thing here is that no-one is going to "hit on you". Or I hope they aren't. That isn't what I created it for.
Ask what you need, contribute what you can, and make friends.

Just speak whatever happens to be on your mind. That's what the rest of us do. Most frequently it results in nice conversation. Occasionally not. But we are generally pretty friendly and sometimes helpful.
Think good thoughts,
