Just seeing if this will post normally, too...
Hiya, Lenny! Shaving various bits, huh? Beware itchy stubble within a few days...heehee
Meanwhile, here in Hong Kong, the SARS epidemic continues to spread. More than 1/3 of the world's reported cases (as well as 1/3 of the deaths so far...)are here on my door-step. I say "reported cases" because there are loads of UN-reported cases in places like mainland China...
I cancelled my Easter trip to see Man because Thailand isn't looking kindly on visitors arriving from "infected countries". Immigration looks like a hospital, with doctors and nurses doing health checks on everybody arriving from infected places like Hong Kong, Canada, etc.
I'm still not wearing a face mask, and as long as I continue to avoid crowded places, buses, the subway, etc. and wash my hands a lot (that's how it's being transmitted...) I feel like I'll be ok. But I dread it continuing on and on. Not only all these people's lives lost or disrupted (exposed people living in camps now...) but it may effect my moving dates, etc. in June.
Fingers crossed...

I am what's called in the south a "worrywart". I worry about all my friends and keep them in my thoughts. Please take all the precautions you can (I know you are).

I didn't say WHERE I shaved myself did I? Why do people always assume things? I never ever got itchy from shaving my chin, and it gets real smooth with my Mach3 razor... Maybe I was speaking about that?
Looking forward to that email by the way (always wrote "emial"; that would make a nice name on a cute boi in a story I think).
So sorry to hear you felt you had to cancel your easter trip! I'm sure both you and Man feel terribly disappointed by that...
Take care:

Very few people refer to their chin as "some part of my anatomy." hehehe.
"emial" would certainly make a nice name for a very cute boi. As would any name that begins with "e."
David, I'm sorry to hear that your plans aren't quite working as hoped. I wish you the best and hope that you get back to your Man soon.

Yup...betcha looked, right? Bet you looked waaay more quickly than if the header of my message was "...my chin..." heeeheee
I have a character name for a future story, which I have always liked, which is Enock. It's an old Bible name. Might actually be spelled Enoch. Yup, pretty sure the "k" on the end doesn't look right...
But it DOES start with an "e"...
And thanks guys, for the worrying and positive thoughts on my behalf. With more than 40 new infections discovered daily so far, and 8 or 9 more deaths in the past 2 days, it's very worrying indeed. Check out the website for the local newspaper, called the South China Morning Post. Now they're listing the hundreds of buildings and places where infected people have been known to live, etc. The list is long, although none of them in the central business district yet, nor (thankfully) anywhere near where I live.
I must confess that I am now counting the weeks before I can leave this place for more reason than just getting to be with Man.

He was the great-grandfather of Noah and he was taken up to live with God. Mormon literature says that he built a city called Zion, which came so close to being perfect that the members of the city no longer needed to live on Earth and be tested, they had proved they were worthy of living with God and were all taken up. Also, if you look at REALLY deep doctorine (that is stuff 90% of Mormon's wouldn't know) Enoch is said to be the angel Raphael (Mormons say that Noah appeared as the angel Gabriel and Adam as the angel Michael after their deaths). Umm... if you are interested in more random Enoch facts I could throw some more your way, but they're a few that sprung to mind.

Good Heavens, Shem! You're as good at Bible trivia as smith is at movies! Cool!
Which makes me just HAVE to ask the following...
Q: "Who know what evil lurks in the hearts of men?"
A: ????
This will be easy, I'm sure...Just make sure to ask another question when you get this one right...I suppose either movies or books, now...to add to the fun!

... at any part of Lenny's anatomy, chin included, shaved or not.
Enoch is cool, I'm rather partial to Eli.

Ok, as requested here is another. Should be easy.

somewhere in my reading i remember a story line dealing with a toxic virus designed to kill gay humans and not affect other humans. I have a question-could not some people have invented this virus as a weapon of mass-destruction?

...in Babylon 5: "Severed Dreams". God I loved that TV-series...
OK, how about:
"You're legally allowed to drink now so we figured the best thing for you was a car."
"A: I know what you're think about.
B: What am I thinking about?
A: You're hoping to get a good night kiss.
B: Actually I was hoping more for a good night lay, but I could settle for like.. a kiss.
A: [Laughs] That's very noble of you."
Have fun,

Hiya Setras Good Will Hunting Good movie!!
Oh and Lenny......that one you posted a while back..."You better hire a decorator to come in here cause.....damn!" I worried that one around and then realized it had to be Will Smith. He would say it like daayamm...Men in Black, right??
How about this one::
"I don't believe it! I've got a trig midterm tomorrow and I'm being chased by Guido the Killer Pimp!"
"For God's sake, Joel....Get off the babysitter!"
"Have you ever done it on a real train?"

Especially with Robin Williams! That was "Good Will Hunting". Good one, Setras!
Next..... I'll make it a European movie, just to be inclusive...hehehe
In the movie, "Looking For Finbar", why were they looking? Where did they start out from? Where did they end up? And what was the interesting twist at the end?
Have at it guys!

I don't believe the biblical Moses to be quite as fond of firearms as the good Charlton Heston though... Scary thought! *brrr!*
And yes, you got the Will Smith quote right. I did post another quote in the very first movie quotes thread just as that one got pushed off the first page. Let's see if you can find it and nail it shall we?
