Peace and trees and growing gardens.
Stuff that makes you happy.

The sun is shining and summer's coming.
I should be happy.

Warm air and pretty people.
Everyone seems so happy.

I have no favorite place.
Why can't I be happy?

Maybe I should just go away.
Not ruin the happy mood.

My IM contact lists are long as an arm and a half.
It sucks to be alone.

Hold on there, pardner! There's space here to be as happy or sad or depressed or frustrated as you feel able to write about.

There are no "happiness police" on this MB...

Say as much or as little about being blue as you want. It might help, and might help others as well. And it won't depress the happy ones.

Right now, I am pretty happy, but the past year was pretty entirely shitty for me. Let's compare notes whenever you want. Others will feel the same, I'm sure.

Wooooo dude or dudes....(blue is pretty vauge)
ok ok right now i am as happy as a clam in the bottom of the sea, but for the past 7 years i have be one up and donw happy and sad person. sure right now i am sitting waiting for the man i love to come to me so we can start our life together, but if you care to scroll back a bit in this here MN you'll find that for me it was not always happy days, i did a pome with EXACTLY the same theam as yours a little while back.

MY POINT....well happiness is not exavtly a destenation it is more of a daily journy...yah yah i know you have heard all that happy horse shit befor but it is true. for me things started to get better when i let go of trying to make myself happy with others and out side things and let myself be happy with just me, learnd to accept me as i am for who i am and decided to make a few changes...just little ones mind you but some changes none the less and it has helped me greatly. some times the things that make the biggest differance are the tiny little things that just make you smile.
also note that being sad blue and depressed is not a bad thing at all some times we need to sit back slow down and reflect on our selfs....when we do that for days or weeks on end then its a rut that we need to drag ourselfs out of. do some thing for yourself by yourself just for you today dude and do some little thing just for you everyday....it really help others to love you unconditionally if you can at least love yourself a little to take time to do some thing for yourself.

peace dude

Don't go, please. Stay, maybe make a friend or two. I know it's easier said than done, and it feels pointless sometimes. But as long as you keep trying... It'll all change someday. Hope's what keeps people going.

*hugs*

hey hey Blue
No worries diversity is the spice of life. If we were all happy all the time we would eventually punch each other in the face just to relieve the monotony. Feel free to chill with us and post what you wish. Who knows you might even like us and decide that you want to stay and hang around forever. Smile

Being back at the gym training does help. Not to deal with my issues, but to keep them pushed back in the darker recesses in my mind, making them stay put.

Will you chat with me some day please, JJ? I miss talking to you, especially now that Ashley's away.

Thanks to the rest of you too. Feels good there's no happiness-police doing the rounds clobbering those not smiling enough. Very Happy *hugs you all*

Can't wait! Luckily, I will not be working my usual 50-60 hour weeks anymore after I move back to Thailand...so I'll have some time to be more social. YAAAAY!!

Man chats a lot on Thai ICQ. We might have to get another phone line...hehehe
