I was sitting back listening today and heard the most interesting conversations.

Conversation #1 Girls ~ "I wish boys were sweet and understanding. They're all jerks. All they want is sex. They don't care about our feelings or what we think. I really think all the good ones must be gay."

Conversation #2 Boys ~ "Girls totally bite. All they care about is themselves. Don't touch this....stop that! Why can't they be like guys?"

Is it just me or is there a common thread?

I don't think it's just you... (Might theoretically contain spoilers)  [message #10527 is a reply to message #10525] Fri, 16 May 2003 21:39 Go to previous messageGo to next message

...since it's something that got on ER:
One of the doctors, Pratt, is having a thing with another doctor, Chen. Chen is kinda rowing back and forth, first wanting commitment and then space, so Pratt went to dinner with an ambulance driver and Chen got all worked up over it... and Pratt starts going on about how women should learn to make up their minds to Dr. Carter, and ends up saying something like "You know who's got it well? Homosexuals. I mean, 2 guys, toilet seat allways up, tv on sports channell, you can just leave your clothes on the floor... I'm telling you, they're the smart ones."

And sorry if that's further to the series than someone is, though I really doubt that.

Pratt's really handsome too. Smile

Btw, sorry I signed off in a huff on you mate. I've been having a series of bad days. Weeks, it feels like.

Anyway, I put down the lid when I'm done. Toilets "sneeze", really yucky if you think about it. I'd go nuts if someone kept leaving it up all the time. Smile

Girls are looking for gay boys and boys are looking for gay boys (they just don't know it yet). Watch out smith. That means you are ripe and ready for pluckin' by either side. hehehe.

Think good thoughts,
