okies everyone Youth Sunday is this coming sunday. I wasnt at church for the last 3 weeks to plan it so I was lucky to get any part at all I hear. Shelly and I will be giving the benediction. After many days of painful looking through the bible to get the perfect passage to express what we wnated to say we finally struck gold in a comprimise I made between each of our favorites so tell me what ya think:
Finally, brothers, good-by. be of one mind, live in peace Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.

I've always been a little more partial to 1st John, verses four, seven and eight.
Beloved, let us love one another. For love is of God and everyone that loveth is born of God, and knoweth god. He that loveth not, knoweth not God for God for God is love. So, beloved, let us love one another.

Well, I don't really know much about your church, I'm guessing the bendiction is similar to thing that the chaplain used to say at my private school, after which everyone would wake up and rush out to lunch 
I must say some of my favourite quotes are most definately scripture, probably the majority of them come from Mormon scripture, however, so probably wouldn't go down too well, hehehe.
Probably my favourite scriptue however, is in the book of Mormon, Alma 30:44 "All things denote there is a God; yea, even the earth, and all things that are upon the face of it, yea, and its motion, yea, and also all the planets which move in their regular form do witness that there is a Supreme Creator".
