I was asked to keep you informed of what happened. Please use this link - http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/pages/ShArt.jhtml?itemNo=307951&contrassID=2&subContrassID=1&sbSubContrassID=0&listSrc=Y. (By the way - concerning minister Poraz who is mentioned in the report - I voted for his party in the last elections.)

Other welcome fall-outs from the Jerusalem happening were a very, very long article in the weekend magazine of one of Israel's premier newspapers about religious gays and lesbians. The article gave the complete Internet address for the forum (Message Board) for religious gays and I checked it out just now: it has been inundated with new people... Also there was an article in another newspaper about the absolutely horrifying problems facing Palestinian gays in the territory under the control of the Palestinian Authority. (I wish people living in what they consider to be homophobic countries could read this article: they would think that they live in a gay-friendly paradise!)

Hi Neph! I also thank you for keeping us informed about your corner of the world. It's an important one for all of us, and one of the things I appreciate about this MB is that it is more International in flavour than most others I know of.

I also haven't forgotten that I owe you email...after July 2, I'll be MUCH freer for delightful tasks like that!
