CODE LETTER FROM SADDAM TO GEORGE W. BUSH

After numerous rounds of "We don't even know if Saddam is still alive",
Saddam decided to send George W. a letter in his own writing to let him know that he is still in the game.

Bush opened the letter and it appeared to contain a coded message:

370HSSV-0773H

George W. couldn't figure it out so he typed it out and faxed it to Colin Powell.

Colin and his aides had no clue either so they sent it to the CIA.

No one could solve it so it went to the NSA and then to MIT and NASA and the Secret Service... the list got longer and longer.

Eventually they asked Mossad in Israel for help. One of their top operatives took one look at it and replied: "Tell the President he is looking at the message upside down."

I was sort of watching the good ol' Sneakers with Robert Redford (and, as it happens, an oh-so-cute River Phoenix in an all too minor role), and there's this company mentioned in it... "Setec Astronomy".

Now, in the movie, they try to find a hidden meaning in this name, and after a couple false starts (one involving ratty semen Smile), they end up with "too many secrets".

Just for kicks I entered "anagram generator" into google and found this page: http://www.mi.uib.no/~ingeke/anagram/index_eng.html . A very good generator by the looks of it. Of course I then enter "setec astronomy" into it and ends up with almost 25.000 anagrams, some funny ("ET reams tycoons"), and some not so funny (uh, well, I didn't read them all). Near the end of the list was this nugget:

"teen torsos YMCA"

Yum! Haha! Smile
