We are in the final stages.

This was the smoothest migration I have had the pleasure of experiencing. The links all work for the most part - had to hit the refresh button for a few of the coupe chapters - loved the 404 page keep up the great work. You should show the The Gaywriters Guild Peopl how to do it. They stillhaven't got it right

the 404s are, so far as we can tell, caching problems at client machines or at ISPs, especially those with proxy servers. Hitting ctrl/refresh should clear the problem.
