Nick and I went to Wimbledon yesterday and watched some tennis, some ballboys, a pair of Ukraininan crane drivers and martina!
We toasted friendship and the interenet and absent friends in Pimms, and we chatted.
And then in the evening we went to his university noticeboard to see if he'd passed his MBA
YEEHAAAAAAAAAAA he has. 5 years work and he has passed it!
So, Nick, a public thank you for a wonderful day, and a public congratulation on passing your degree.

Lots and lots of hugs, I am so happy for you! *giggle*
That is such good news, I've been hoping you'd pass!
Even more hugs:

"Game, set and match", Nick! Congratulations!!!
That soup sounds most intriguing, by the way (and looking at that menu made me hungry; thanks, Timmy! [ ]).
I'm glad you two had such a wonderful day at Wimbledon!
Nick, I'm still dying to hear what you ended up doing that weekend in Boston (in spite of the less than favorable weather).
Again, way to go, Nick!

for the life of me all that comes to mind is managing pocket change..... LOL
Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...

Sorry I haven't written (been kinda busy as you can see). I promise I'll e-mail you soon.
The soup was lovely and creamy. Timmy, on the other hand, went for something with a bit more spice.

If only you'd asked me last week...!
Seriously though, best of luck with the new practice.
I'm so happy I passed. I've been pinching myself all weekend because I thought I must be dreaming. But now I have the letter to confirm it so I guess it must be true.
