I've downloaded MSN Messenger onto man's computer...so far he's not insterested in IM'ing. But since he's on this computer much of the time, and since the Messenger thing is set to be turned on whenever the computer is, don't be surprised if he answers sometimes!

My new screen name thingie for MSN is alienist52@hotmail.com The peeps I have added to my list so far are smith, Lenny, Ron, and Nick, cuz those are the ones I have.

Feel free to add me. More IM systems will probably follow, and of course the new computer in Bangkok in a couple more weeks...

I don't plan to ever use the hotmail account, as far as I know...unless somebody can tell me that I have to for some reason?
You don't HAVE to have a hotmail account to use the messenger...  [message #12401 is a reply to message #12400] Fri, 11 July 2003 12:07 Go to previous messageGo to next message

It works just fine with another address too. I suppose you can change it to your yahoo address if you want to, because having an extra account is nothing but a nuisance really. If you keep it, just make sure you log in once a month or it will get disabled and eventually deleted.

The advantage with using hotmail is that you can access the account with just a click from the messenger main window, but that's it, really. Smile Not much of an advantage if you intend to never use that account...
