Nova Scotia , Boy Rescues Cat Tortured By Two Teens .


A 13 year old boy used mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to revive a cat that had been tortured and hanged by two other teens .
The by , whose name wasn't released , went to the animal's aid after seeing the older boys hang the animal by its neck from a rope on a tree branch Wednesday , RCMP said .
Two Cole Harbour boys , aged 16 and 14 , were arraigned Thursday on charges of cruelty to an animal . The two were arrested Wednesday and spent the night in custody .
