The rules say you may submit on a other person's behalf. But you must assert that you have the right to do so, and they retain the copyright

*decides to be .. brave? with nudging from rich..*

where can i find the rules/guidelines about story submissions? and if it's a story in parts/chapters, does the entire thing have to be done by the deadline? or can we submit what we have, and if it winds up chosen, continue to send in parts?

i've been meaning to email or post to ask you, timmy, about how one goes about submitting stories, anyway. i'm unsure on whether or not my writing style/content would be anything you're looking for, as is.

my void does not want.

Well we are now ready to start
taking entries for the competition at
http://iomfats.org/storyshelf/hosted/contestentries/summer2003/

Even if you have never written a thing in your life before, this is
your chance to get a story about a summer romance posted in the
internet and to have people tell you how good it is.

We decided to have no "winners and losers", but to take anonymised
stories and to get the verdict from a pretty wide audience of people
who visit the site about all the good points of the stories.

At the end of the voting period you will be able to see how each
story compares to others, if you care, that is(!), and who wrote it.

Your story will remain on public display on my website (which will
always be a FREE web site), for your friends to see.

So, you have nine weeks to polish your pens and your work, and to
submit. And you may submit more than one story. As long as you
don't break copyright you may submit a story which appears on another
website provided you have the rights to submit it.
