One curious cat. Just like my Shadow. hehe

I will start with a definition.

Bigot: a person blindly and obstinately devoted to a particular set of ideas, creed or political party, and dismissive toward others.

(From The Chambers Dictionary) I used that to honor my UK brethren though I have five others if you wish another interpretation

Racism, anti-semitism, faith based discrimination, economic discrimination, to me all these to me are in the same catagory as homophobia and 'gay bashing'.

Are we not on our own civil rights movement?

When will one of us say "I have a dream". That is not said to diminish MLK's words or his value but to honor it.

I saw a program on terrorism recently. It brought some things into focus for me about why people hate. One of the charactors responed to a question after and extended conversation about terrorism. The question was simple.

Q. What do we do now?

A. You want to get back at them? Accept more than one idea. It makes em crazy.

That same thinking is what pushed the civil rights act forward.

Can we individually promote that?

What can we do?

I am just a curious cat.
