i spent until about 4 or so AM fighting with bi-a. already? yes! and thus goes the usual flow of relationships for heathyr.
then, i spent from 4:30 AM to about 7 AM studying, as for memorisation i need total silence, so had to wait until shiloh went to bed. however, got to fight about my malfuctions and intimacy issues instead. yay!
so i did manage sleep; i got up at noon and then forgot i had to do journal entries for creative writing. did that, read the chapters/short stories for monday night. then, shiloh comes up to me with this huge poster-board, on which she drew: a mother and daughter human, mother and daughter koala's, and mother and daughter cheeta's. she also wrote this poem, which is damn good for an 8 year old. i'm typing it the exact way she wrote it out:
mother:
i love you, i love you
out of all the people i love,
i love you the most.
i love you from the sun,
to the very ends of the
vast universe, and
back again. i love you: mom.
you love me, your child: shiloh.
she loves me the most she said. so even though i don't provide her hours of video games and expensive restaurant food and trips like her dad does (even though i wonder just where mr. unemployed gets the money...), even though i am not virtual disneyland like he is, and i actually enforce rules, make her do homework, give her a bedtime, and the like ... she loves me the most. god, please let that never change, when she becomes a teen and probably hates me by default.
the most. i still haven't stopped smiling, yet.
my void does not want.

Huggs you so tight.....
It has been just an awful past few hours.... And you made me feel better... and your little girl did too.....
Oh and one more thing....
Love comes from the heart..... Not a wallet.....
Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...

I don't believe I've ever experienced anything that could even come close to rivaling the feeling one must get from a child's love.
You win. (ha ha)
You know, MY father (my biological mother and father are divorced) is kind of like that, too - constantly trying to entertain my brother and I whenever we are with him, trying to make our time with him be more fun than that spent with our mother. Sigh. Why?

I am so with you there, H...
My son and I spent quiet time together today until we started wrestling in the living room....
And my daughter showed me her sleeping kitty a litle while ago...
Showing love as they get older in different ways... but it is all the same...
And it makes your day, doesn't it????
Plus, here are a bunch of (((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))) for you too !!!!!
BamBam
Celebrate your life... embrace your love... Become intimate with your place in forever !!!
