OK, for you new people, here's how the contest works. You respond with the name of the movie, or the character, or whatever answers the question or identifies the quote posted.
Then you immediately post another quote for everybody else to identify, and so on.
OK, smith...this one is NOT from "Steel Magnolias"...
What classic old movie has people singing about the Lolipop Guild and the Lullaby League?
You answer it, you get to post the next quote!
Go to it! have fun!::-)
"Always forgive your enemies...nothing annoys them quite so much." Oscar Wilde

The Wizzard of OZ
When Dorothy was meeting the Munchkins......
Ok next question......
in the movie "Steel Magnolias" Which scene has the directorial error in it? In the movie the scene leads us to believe it is Sunday, but the mistake shows it is not?
Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...

Surely someone is willing to sit through it again.
But ok..... What film showed a glorious march into ancient rome with the vapor trail of a jet plane blatently visible across the screen?
I am a master of the obscure.....

I don't have a copy of Steel Magnolias or I'd watch it and find out.
As for the march into Rome one.....I know that the chariot scene in Ben Hur was a mess with jet trails, watches on their wrists and when a chariot flipped over a gas tank showed.
You know what is my all time favorite cheesy effect? Charlton Heston parting the Red Sea. Gotta love him.

Well, yes there is an annomoly in Ben Hur also..... But the chariot scene is not "a march into"
Right era..... wrong film....
OK heres another.... Which James Bond films have a scene where a car, driving on only 2 wheels slides into a too narrow alley leaning to the right and yet emerges out the other end leaning to the left.....
Slick trick Mr. Bond.... but you aren't that slick....
