i convince my mom to take shi to the birthday party i purposely dodged, so that i can have total silence and get memorisation done, and study for the next anatomy exam that seems quite hard. i need this chapter bad, as it's about skin layers.

instead, i'm listening to "adrienne" by the calling (whose lead singer is who my ex-GF uses to portray one of her characters that i write one of my characters with), "simply loved" by BT, and "hands clean" by alanis morisette on repeat play. and watching 'i love the 80s' and missing being young and having no issues.

'hands clean' is really .. getting to me. i'd post lyrics but i shouldn't do that. instead, i think i am going to be quiet for awhile. 'til i get my head on straight.

love you all. bye for a bit. *hugs and love*

We all need to lean back and relax for a while every now and then. If you do your brain this favor it will get happy and reward you later by learning better when you get down with your studies again. Smile

Brains need some luvin' too every once in a while too you know! Very Happy

Many nice, warm {{{hugs}}}. I'll be thinking of you!

Listening to music is sometimes how I...
well... sort of "reset" my brain too.

Makes me unload some of the unnecessary data (e.g. problems, pains, school stuff). Smile Ever had those times when you feel like you couldn't think anymore or your brain either feels too full or too empty?

Getting a little bit of rest helps too.
So go enjoy yourself heathyr! Smile
When I have issues, I usually say,
"Let all hell break loose!", then I watch a movie and go play some arcade or something.

Do what you like doing best. Wink Maybe skateboarding or something like that. The most effective way I found is to wait for night nearby some beach. The waves sound really great. It gives you peace of mind.

Before you know it, when you get back, you'll be able to think more clearly! ;-D ;-D ;-D

Like what Lenny said, take it easy heathyr!
