My smile today came from a boy named Lutz. As cute on the outside as one the inside. (and that IS sayin something!)
Just a nice conversation with a special guy, made me smile ear to ear.
How about you?

My smile actually came this morning when I was remembering last night. I was invited to join a local group of 'diners.' We are kind of an eclectic group of gay friends who travel from house to house... a different one each month... and bring some kind of food... and just eat and talk... have a great time over great food, wine, and friendship. It was a great evening, lots of smiles and laughter, and just wonderful to be able to be together with these guys again...
And I smile now, thinking about it.....
Celebrate your life... embrace your love... Become intimate with your place in forever !!!

I cleaned my apartement, especially my new almost all-white bathroom so it was all shining and sparkly and smelled great, he came along with his girlfriend from Hungary and her daughter.
She's about thirteen or maybe even fourteen now, really cute btw with the same dark-brown eyes as her mother, an impish face with an impisher smile and long, straight dark brown hair in a ponytail. She's really cool for a girl, she loves Star Trek and computer games, hehe!
She has the capacity to become a real gem of a geek when she grows up! I hope she aims towards the tech sector in her education... Her mom's real smart with two university diplomas in languages, so she sure has potential to go places.
We all had a cup of my Mme Butterfly tea, talked for quite a while, and when they had to go I showed them my lookout point (Nick, you saw it when you were here to visit). It was totally dark with a rain-fog lying low over the city so they didn't get to see too much, but in a clear day you can see maybe ten kilometers or so to the north. After that, my friend showed me his pretty-glowing car stereo. (Yes, we two definitely count as geeks, hehe, though I'm probably more of a geek than him in some ways, at least when it comes to gadgets and such).
Kevin, will you talk to me too some day maybe huh?`:)
Hugs and take care... You're a special guy too.

My smile for the day...
It was at Lunch-break. I was talking to someone, whose name means handsome,
and even though it was raining, and I was soaked, I was laughing anyway...
You said when you'd die that you'd walk with me every day
And I'd start to cry and say please don't talk that way
With the blink of an eye the Lord came and asked you to meet
You went to a better place but He stole you away from me

My mom and I had a funny conversation earlier today...
Me: So what was Derek for Halloween? (Derek is my brother's friend whom he went trick-or-treating with)
My Mom: He was Ben Wallace. He had this big afro-wig on and a jersey. (Derek is white)
Me: Haha! I think there was a kid at my school who did that too.
My Mom: You know you've reached celebrity when you have people dressing up as you for Halloween.
Me: [pause] Nobody dresses up as Michael Jackson...
My Mom: True...
Me: You know what would be cool? If you got a bunch of white and black kids to dress up, and make a Michael Jackson timeline.
My Mom: [laughing] Only you Jeanne would ever think of something like that.
:0) :0) :0)
