Thirteen stories, all published at once. Thirteen stories with a chance for you to tell the authors how you liked them. Thirteen stories of different styles, all begging to be read. Go read and rate! The link is on the front page of the site

AUGH! how am i supposed to get homework and studying done now?! it's been i think an hour and a half since i signed on? and i've already read and rated 2, and OMG. i am SO SO SO curious already to know who the author of one of them is, so i can fall at their feet and compliment them.
seriously though, i HAVE to cut myself off after one more story.....
actually let me just say this, okay---
author 10? so far, you've taken my cake. never thought i could be so uplifted but so sad at the same time. good, good work.

Now it's an interesting coincidence that Story 10 now has a lot more votes than the others.
I can tell you a little about the authors.
At least three are well known by their regular audiences. More than a couple have not been web published before And at least two have been published elsewhere with average success. I don't know three of them at all. And the contest was publicised to a vast mailing list of almost 10,000 people, so it's a shame we have only 13, but an interesting 13.

eek, should i not have said anything? hehe. i'm sorry, that story just really moved me.
so far, i'm unable to really recognise who anyone is--or, who of the 'regular authors' that is. even the ones whose stories i go back and reread often, or am following ... it's such a mystery and so fun!
