Any replies to him I will delete. HIS messages I am saving for the potential prosecution.

Level3.com has a full list of everything he has posted. Do NOT antagonise him. Instead forget him.

Has this been his ISP all along? I have recieved hate-filled e-mails in the past but not this week. Do they apply?

I did save them all, the ones he sent to me personally. But frankly, I just don't care that much unless it will help with your case.

Let me know if I should follow up on it.

Thanks,

Kevin

His old ISP was TBI.net He lmay use that still. If you expand the headers in the email you may discover eaxaclty what the ISP used was. You should then lodge them as abusive with the relevant ISP

I am, at present, using the "timmy" id to test some facilities. Back to normal soon

As far as establishing a pattern of concerted and deliberate abusive behavior the email should go to all his known ISP address providers.

They take this kind of thing very seriously, and are a highly responsible ISP.

In addition I have turned Bryce off totally. There is now sufficient evidence to prove stalking, harrassment, abusive behaviour, and much else besides.

Insofar as any place on the internet is genuinely safe we are now safe again from such behaviour. I am concerned that I was unable to help him, but he is beyond normal help. I apologise thathe was able to be disruptive. but I tried to find him a place where he could be civilised. He proved to be unable to remain civilised

There is no reason to feel badly about this. You tried, I tried, that is all we can do.

I could say more about giving support where it is needed.

But I wont.

Dear "No One Special",

Your signature says "One is the lonliest number".

But "one" can also be the strongest number.

It all depends on the "one".

Try not to be so lonely; you can be very strong.

With warmest feelings,

Steve
