Really getting into it

Yes so once again Today was the last day or winter holidays. IT was good. I think we set a new record for the Christmas Assembly. 4 and 1/2 hours. Our Assembly had it all. Story telling, sing alongs, teacher skits, radio shows, ex teachers playing piano, elves, santa claus, reindeer. Yes I definitly must say that as much as I despise high schoola dn the people and the teachers I really love the Christmas assembly. It is like the high light of my year. So SInce I enjoyed it so much Ill tell you gusy all about it. Now before people get all ACLU on me yes it is a Christian Assembly Yes I go to a public school and no the assembly is not mandatory.

Now the Assembly was kicked off by Santa's elves (the assembly planning commitee) introuducing the concert band and two girls who sang a duet. LAst year they sang Oh Holy NIght, This year they sang Angels we Have heard on HIgh. Did an amazing job like always and everyone clapped and cheered. Next the cocnert band played Twas the NIght before Christmas accompanied by Patrick narrating the story. That was done very well. Patrick is an amazing actor we are all waiting for him to be in Hollywood or on Broadway or soemthing. Boy is he hot as hell to Smile

Hmm then the elves announced this years grinch. Who turned out to be one of the history teachers, not the one I would have picked but whatever. He came out all decked up in the Grinch suit which consisted of Green leggings a little over coaty thing and the Grinch Mask. It was funny. He had nice legs lol. Anyway he tried to speak into the microphone but the mask muffled him to much so he jammed the microphone into this mask and started over it just looked so funny you couldnt help but laugh. As the Grinch was escorted off the stage The teachers all went up behind the curtain.

When the curtain oppened every teacher in my school except the vice principal and principal where seated in 2 rows on the stage. They had gooten a copy of the radio version of a miricle on 34th street. They actually read/acted ou the entire thing! IT took over an hour and it was very very cool to watch. Some of the kids didn't like it becuase it was sooo long but I thought it was amazing. So after that was finished the teachers all exited the stage and went back to there various posts around the auditorium when the eleves all went up in the stage and strated singing here comes santa claus and run run rudolph. HA it was funny as hell but then all the reindeer (being played by many seniors) cam running up and down the aisles throwing candy appeared.

They threw candy at the audience before all taking their seats on the edge of the satge. Then Santa made heis grand appearance with the box of letters. The letter we recieve are barely school apprpiate I will give some examples.
"Dear Santa all I wnat for Christmas is Mr. ________ Under my tree wearing nothign but a red bow. Thanks Sincerely ________"
"Dear Santa I wish we could have Mrs. H________ back she is so much hotter then Ziggles ever will be and I would love to find her waiting for me christmas morning."

"Dear Santa please make Mr. G stop whining it is gettign really annoying."

"Dear Santa please buy Mr B (my engllish teacher) A razor becuase while I realize he has only been shaving for what two monthes? He really needs to just get rid fo those things he calls a beard. Love Mike"
--From Santa to Mike, Mike I will consider that request once you are even able to shave Love Santa

"Dear Santa, Please tell Fred to share some of all the ass hes getting with his younger brother. He is really being very selfish, the rest of us have needs to. Sincerely Freds younger brother."

These are just a handful of the letters read to the entire school by Santa. Then of course their was the Grinch Santa show down with Santa winning and Giving the grinch a stocking of green candy.

Um the Spanish quartet sang christmas carols in spanish.

The teacher skit making fun of 20 of the seniors. That was hilarious. I cant even egin to describe it.

Most importantly was the singing tf the 12 days of christmas. Which is always a riot. Seniors and juniors came out tied with the best singign. Smile You know beucase we kick ass. Finally the entire staff led the students in christmas carols and then we were dismissed back to class for the remaining hour of the day. Ahhh good times good times.
Love Always
Andy

Sounds fun!!!
All we did was sing Elvis songs in Zoology.

You said when you'd die that you'd walk with me every day
And I'd start to cry and say please don't talk that way
With the blink of an eye the Lord came and asked you to meet
You went to a better place but He stole you away from me

We never had anything like that when I was in school. That would have been so cool. Glad you enjoyed it.

Think good thoughts,

I too wish our schools had traditions like these when I was a kid, it sounds totally awesome.

Also, merry xmas to everyone today. Very Happy
