At least for a couple weeks. I guess I'll have to do all my cooking at home. ::-) That means that I'll have to pay for all my ingredients. :'-( Oh well. I got a "B" in my cooking Lab. Haven't gotten my grade in my academic class yet, though I'm expecting an "A."
I've already decided what I'll be cooking for Christmas dinner. Tunnel-boned duck legs stuffed with seasoned ground turkey and cheese. Basically, it's duck leg and thigh combos with the bones removed, then stuffed and roasted. I'll prolly smoked them on the grill before roasting so they get a nice smokey flavor. I'll serve them mashed sweet potatoes and a veg. Then all I need is dessert. ::-)
