2003 is rushing to an end, almost too quickly, but maybe not fast enough.
This year has been an eventful one, to be sure, for many people.
Myself included. In this year, a feeling of eternity permeated the mere 361 days that I have lived in it. Old friendships died, new ones were born...
A gain, in the end, but a loss in the beginning.
I ended a closeted life, but am yet to fully begin one out of it.
I'm in the in-between, but I'm moving ahead, in time, in speed, in all aspects.

You said when you'd die that you'd walk with me every day
And I'd start to cry and say please don't talk that way
With the blink of an eye the Lord came and asked you to meet
You went to a better place but He stole you away from me

I think most of us could use a break every once in a while.
Smile :-*
