For the last day or so, Comsie, Stephen and myself have not been able to access the moderation facilities at the Shack. It turns out that others could see the message index but we were specifically denied. This morning, Stephen tried to check the board and the entire message index was deleted but it now automatically redirects to the "God Hates Fags" website.

This not a joke and I wouldn't kid about something like this anyway. If any of you have different results when accessing The Shack, please let me know about either here or via e-mail. Also, a carefully worded letter of complaint could be sent to Voy, complaining of their security measures (or lack thereof). And let us not forgot the self righteous vermon that committed this invasion of privacy - the wholesome folks at "God Hates Fags". Don't sit back and let them get away with this. We have proven out strength time and time again. This should be no different.

I will, of course, be writing to voy.com.

In the meantime I strongly suggest The Shack gets a board away from public service vendors, and behind sensible security

I think Comicality did start a new board, last week or two weeks ago. http://www.gayauthors.org/forums/index.php?showforum=3
The voy forum still works.

This is the page I found earlier but can't find now. I got the URL from my history file.
I used the middle e-mail for other questions and sent an e-mail asking if this was the correct place to lodge a complaint for sites being re-directed. I am still waiting for a reply.

I had to change the "at" to "@" and close the gaps before I could send to it.

The gayauthors forum has a completely different purpose. However, Voy seems to have broken the redirect and now everyone's being asked for a password. Wish I knew what it was. :-[ At this point, I'll bet only Comsie has it. Since this was an incident of hacking, hopefully Voy takes ownership and prosecutes. With some luck, we'll be able to restore the message index to Friday morning's state and can continue on. I'll keep you... posted ::-)
