Well, maybe you'll find a suitable replacement here... http://www.pimphats.com/pimphatsdotcom_2004_pimphats.htm ;-D
(Heh, I know you're a sensible guy, so I'll skip the politically correct disclaimer neccessary when joking with guys with no sense of humor. )
Anyway, I hope you're cured from those nasty bugs that made you sick. Take care my friend!

I like the Big Red Suga Daddy. I think I'll go for the extras package too for an additional $10. I just can't pass up the plume feathers. ;-D
Still not over this damned cold, though I am feeling a bit better. I'm still taking sinus meds in order to breathe and I can't shake the cough. In fact that seems to be getting worse. The last two nights I've had to sleep on the sofa so I can prop myself up in a sitting position. Every time I lay down, the coughing becomes quite violent. My throat is now very sore and I barely have a voice. My chest hurts too. The doctor gave me an inhaler that was supposed to help, but it doesn't seem to work. Still, I am feeling better overall and can do more than just lay in bed all day.

Unfortunately, coughs can linger a long time, that really sucks since coughs can hurt so bad.
Anyway, the things people do to get their hands on an iPod... http://www.wired.com/news/mac/0,2125,62744,00.html?tw=rss.TOP
Now, this is either humorous, pathetic or disturbing. I haven't quite decided which, though I guess the last alternative is the most fitting.

If that cute, horny, 19 year old would consider a guy? Probably too much for him, but if he really wants that ipod... ;-D
I'm tryin' to get better, believeme, I want to get better.
I also wanted to say I enjoyed the discussion you started on the juvenile justice. It is good to have a lively discussion around here without it degenerating into a pointless argument.

Glad you enjoyed the discussion. I did too by the way, and it was a nice, civilized thread. Maybe I'm a bit too sentimental on these issues, I always get like that when young kids do horrible stuff or have horrible stuff done to them.
Get better soon my friend!
Remember I mentioned a video about a kid voulenteering to get kicked in the nads? Well, haha, I found it on my harddrive, so I put it up on my webspace... Haha, here it is: w1.318.telia.com/~u31827170/kidjimmykick.avi
Enjoy!
(After watching it, you decide if you'd rather be that kid or have that cough of yours... ;-D )

I think I'd rather have my cough. My cough may fell like that, but at least I'm not stupid enough to go out and get it on purpose. They way he just laid there kinda makes you wonder about all those guys on tv and in the movies who seem to always get right back up. Never quite understood why people think it's so funny.

I never saw anybody volunteer for that kind of a kick before...hope it didn't permanently impair his further puberty development lol...but didn't I hear somebody off-screen say he was getting $100 for allowing it?
Hmmm...how much would somebody have to ofer YOU to have it done, guys...little poll here, maybe? Me...it would have to have another "0" added.
And Lenny...is there any way to save avi files like this one? Teacher, please teach me!

Hm, I don't know if a thousand bucks would be enough for me. I mean, I'd be risking permanent damage, and I wouldn't want that. Haha, I guess I'm just too interested in my own equipment to do something like that... ;-D
As for saving the movie, well if it is a proper weblink you could right-click it and select "save target as" or such, but as I don't know how to make real weblinks that won't work. If you enter the URL in windows mediaplayer (archive menu), then wait until it's all downloaded, you might be able to save it out again. Dunno, I never tried to do it like that.
Anyway, it's just 700k in size or so so I could email it to you if you like. If your inbox is sufficiently free of stuff clogging it it should work.
Take care!
