You guys may some of you know I've not been in the best of health for about 3 months. Bronchitis that has lasted.
Yesterday I got back to the gym for a 50% workout, and today I cycled to the office. Now I am exhasuted, but the chest is starting to be ok. It;s been a pretty horrible set of weeks. Now it looks like summer is going to be good.

I'm glad you're feeling better... Coughing that lasts is horrible, I've fortunately not had a cough lasting for many months, but just weeks is bad enough. I feel bad for what you had to endure!

Hey tim--sorry about the bronchitis, man. it sucks to be down for 3 months with it...glad to hear you're up and about again.
Tom--try shaving your head and growing a goatee...it's a hugely popular look out here in seattle...and even if you only do it for a little while, it'll shake your friends up a little. good luck on the exercise regimen.

That is SO the "starving artist" look in my book, it looks HORRIBLE methnks...  Like, ONLY a bald guy would want to look like that, grow facial hair to compensate for the loss further up.
