Sparks is Robert Bryce.

Robert Bryce was banned and reported to his ISP for abusive behaviour previously.

I have never seen any reason to lift the ban on Bryce. Sparks has gone.

The man will be back. We can expect new IDs and vitriol again, abusive behaviour again, insults and accusations again.

This ban is for life.

The cycle will carry on now for a few days, perhaps weeks. Maybe months. Leave this entirely to me,please. Do not repsond to him. I will again be informing law officers when and where appropriate depending on his actions and how he presents himself.

Anyone receiving abusive emails from him please forward them to me as an attachment. This preserves the headers and is useful in evidence. This type of person thrives on causing mayhem while "looking innocent".

I suppose I may have to turn the board to approving new users for a while. I shall hate that. But it may be needed

The thing is, he is unimportant. Every dog gets fleas sometimes. Fleas are aggravating, but have no importance.

He comes through a dial in route via "Level3" of Tampa, Florida. His IP address thus moves around somewhat within that IP scheme.
