If beach nudity were the norm, perhaps even mandatory, and beach vacations were mandatory (lake, river or sea) would this increase or decrease the number of physical sexual offences and abuses against other people by the perpetrators or increase the number of perpetrators?

Applause for horny harvey? makes sense to me....
Q: who's the most popular guy at the nude beach?
A: the guy who can carry 2 cups of coffee....and a dozen donuts.

one thing for sure, the beach would be a very scary place to visit....
Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...
