Yes you heard me. I. Will be a father prolly this weekend. Maybe next weekend though. Now dont get me wrong. I didn't knock up a girl 9 monthes ago. In fact I've never done that. Once again this stems from health class. I swear in anothe rlike month the class will be over and youll never hear about ti again. Promise.

WEll my school has these stupid mechanical crying baby dolls...There suposed to teach us not to fuck each other so we dont get little babies running all around. thats nice and all. Except Idont want a baby period. You either need to take the baby or you need to write a 10 page paper. originally my mother who is menopausal refused to sign the permission slip. then a few days ago denies ever refusing to sign. (typical) SO after pleading with my teacher she is allowing em to take the baby over the weekend as my dad requests. Ah well long story short

WE NEED BABY NAMES HOOK ME UP YO. Smile

yes I'm serious give me boy baby names (my kid will def be male.)

OK, "Daddy" Wink. These are perfectly legitimate male names:

Igor
Claude
Engelbert
Jordan
Joshua
Daniel
Griffin
Cody
Taylor
Jason

I hope that's a "starting point".

Will you be passing out cigars? Wink

Since that was a foregone conclusion, that's not really at all surprising; but it's still so awesome to hear!

Congratulations!!!

babynames.com and behindthename.com dude, and they have lists of the most popular names; also good for naming story characters;

Nothing against babies or kids here, I like 'em, they like me, just not much experience. Nothing against the female of the species, either. It's just that I, er, don't wanna, uh, do *the wild thing* with 'em, particularly. Guys yes, girls no.

Congrats on college entry! Have you decided on a major?

Hey Blue...dido on *the wild thing* (hehe, i love that wording Sad) )I'd have to really really really want a child in order to force myself to indure the worst minutes of my life (sex with a woman) but that's just me, apparently there are those that think different Wink

Oh and Andy, have fun with Mechababy...i'd name him Garen in memory of an old friend of mine...but that's a long story and again that's just me. Seriously, give him a name like Brandon, or maybe Keith, there's a name i haven't heard in a while. oooh, name him Oliver, there's one of my favorites. Or Luke, but that's just because he was my three year highschool crush Wink could name him Tony, or Cody, or Brad.

well there you go, a whole list of names, i even threw my real name in the list above, just for fun, betcha can't guess which. Wink

take care, and remember, you can always take out it's batterys.

sounds like a good program...but i think the gay boys should be given a mechanical miniature poodle instead...

I'm thinking Rhinehart or Clovis for the name of the baby.

I did that project last year in school, it was hell, I can't believe I woke up to take care of the thing, but none-the-less, I still won't touch a real baby, they are too fragile. And no you can't just take the batteries out... Trevor is a good name, or Skylor... yea, name it after me... That'd be awesome. I never named mine, it was just "hispanic baby girl" Yep that's right I knocked up a Latino women... She still haunts my dreams with her loud gibberish and crying. Sad Anyhow, have fun with it.

Wow you have no idea how many of my friends (boys and girls ) became parents in the past few weeks. In one of my classes there were three babies at some point and man do they cry a lot. Funny when you are concentrating in your work when all of the sudden you hear a baby cry.. yup it got my attention.

Good luck..... and i hope you get some sleep cause they wake you up several times at night..... Be a good daddy.

Can't help it--we're hardwired to respond to the sound of babies crying. it's a species survival thing.

I graduated h.s. in '84. I should know what the Brody reference is, unless it's from a specifically gay film or something.

Corey -- now there's an '80's name;

Favorite boy's names: mine is in there somewhere...

Anthony / Tony / Anth -- Anth isn't the usual American nickname, btw
Ben / Benjamin
Brad
Chad / Chaz -- Chad, you would've been a great guy someday, RIP;
Chris
Evan
Ethan
smith -- never actually met a smith in person, they've all been Jim;
Jared
Ken
Kevin
Marc / Marcus
Mitch / Mitchell
Robert / Bobby / Robbie
Samuel / Sam
Sean
Stephen / Steve
Thomas / Tom / Tommy
Xander (the name's cool, not crazy about the Buffy actor, sorry dude)

Non-English (Mostly French and Spanish)

André / Andrés
Diego
Ésteban
Matthieu / Mateo
Lucien / Luc
Rafael
Raúl
Stephan
