i guys, this is for everyone i guess, but especially for the attention of:
timmy
saben
pyro
eothain
and sammy
basically those people who i chat to on MSN and so on... i'm having a great deal of PC problems right now, caused by a crash in the middle of playing a supposedly brilliant new game called Rome Total War.
so far this has involved 1 fatal error, 1 corrupted copy of windows, 3 attempts to reformat my hard drive, a boot up sequence currently lasting over 10 minutes, and a strong temptation to throw the laptop out the window (i'm on the 2nd floor, above a car park!)
the manufacturers are as puzzled as i am, and are sending out an engineer, to replace the hard drive, and possibly the processor if necessary but he won't be here till monday. until then my access to the net is rather limited, depending upon the laptop, and when i'm in the computer centre of the uni, they've recently upgraded all the machines, and non of them have MSN anymore... *sighs*.. guess i'm going to be out of touch for a while...
you can easily email to me uni account though, i can pick that up at several places around campus, as well as my laptop (technology permiting) and i check this account daily

cheers guys, hope to catch up with you soon, pyro, sorry we never got a chance to actually start chatting, pretty much lol...
see you round

Yeah i was kinda wondering where you were, no worries though, my computer is still causing me problems. I need to re-install windows but i'm just too lazy. See re-installing involves moving all my files to my second partition on the boot drive then swaping the boot drive with my other hard drive and installing windows on that drive so that i can then get acustomed to the new windows and get all my programs set up before i copy that drive to the boot drive, re-install it as my boot drive and everything is taken care of. Okay sorry for the technobabble.
I find the hardest part is tracking down all the install CDs for my programs.
Well anyway Aden, good luck with the computer, i know how painful it is to be cut off from the internet for a period longer than about 4 hours. (it's sad really but every second without the internet is like a second without air for me.) I'll be online wednessday starting at about 11:00 AM (MST) if somehow you miraculosly happen to get msn working. Otherwise i won't be online until saturday at around 16:00(MST) becuase i am without car and therefor unable to go home midday.
Hmmm...see what happens when i start talking, i just keep talking and talking and talking.......
Take care, talk to you soon.
Pyro. (still talking..... )
Do what you love, changing the world is incidental.
